3. Registration Fees
- Migrastudy does not charge additional fees for scholarships or financial aid awarded to students.
4. Agreement Modifications
- If a participant requests changes to the course type or location, a processing fee may apply. Extensions to study durations are exempt from additional charges.
5. Payment Terms
- Payments must be made immediately upon confirmation of registration. Specific payment amounts depend on the chosen package.
6. Payment Period
- Participants must adhere to payment deadlines. Failure to comply may result in denied course entry without the possibility of claims.
7. Proof of Payment
- Participants may be required to provide proof of payment before receiving further documentation, especially for late registrations.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Processing fees for admissions are non-refundable. This fee covers comprehensive services, including admission and visa processing.
9. Participant Obligations

10. Late Arrivals

11. Claims
- Claims must be reported immediately to the program head and submitted in writing within four weeks of the course’s conclusion. Claims made after this period will be void.
12. Discipline
- Participants exhibiting misconduct or poor attitude may face immediate expulsion, with no reimbursement for missed classes or travel expenses.
13. Document Authenticity
- Participants must ensure all submitted documents are genuine and legally valid.
14. Agency Authorization
- By registering, participants authorize Migrastudy to act on their behalf for admission processes. The use of additional agents voids this agreement.
15. Non-Refundable Processing Fees
- Processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
16. Document Retention and Sharing
- Migrastudy is authorized to retain and share photocopies of required documents for admission and visa applications.
17. Admission and Visa Outcomes
- Migrastudy is not responsible for admission or visa outcomes. Claims will not be entertained for unsuccessful applications.
18. Communication
- Participants authorize Migrastudy to send updates via SMS, email, or postal mail.
19. Visa and Rule Changes
- Migrastudy is not liable for changes in visa rules or university policies after application submission.
20. Testimonial and Travel Information
- Participants must provide testimonials, visa copies, and flight details before departure.
21. Agreement Acknowledgment
- By registering, participants confirm they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
22. Scholarship Fees
- No additional processing fees are charged for scholarships provided by our partner universities.
